Reiki is a form of healing touch that assists to optimize and balance the body, mind and spirit. When receiving a reiki treatment, the practitioner will gently place her hands on, or float them above, your body while you rest fully clothed on a treatment table. Reported reiki benefits include increased support in coping to chronic illness, decreased anxiety and depression and optimized health and wellbeing. Reiki is a tool to help you let go of what no longer serves you and return to your natural state of joy, peace and contentment.
